This can be annoying and you may think there is nothing you can do but wait. So even while you may have a good internet connection and your ISP is not throttling your internet connection, you may still face slow torrent downloads.

Because torrents are often used to download legitimate content (for example, an ISO file for a Linux distribution), I want to help you out with a list of torrent trackers. You should add these torrent tracers to your torrent. By adding these trackers, more peers and seeders can be discovered, effectively increasing the potential download speeds of your torrent download.

So after choosing your torrent from a torrent site, downloading it to your computer and opening it in your torrent client, add all of the trackers below:

In case of uTorrent, these are the steps to take to add these trackers to an active torrent:

• Right click on the active torrent
• Choose Properties
• In the General tab, copy and past the above list

Make sure there is a white line after each URL.
